  • TEM Daily Training is the cutting-edge of meditation training. Each session includes meditation games and experiments that will greatly enhance your awareness, sense of center, ground, and energetic openness, all of which enhance the quality of your daily life. AND it's a lot of fun!
  • Each Live daily meditation is recorded and available for 24 hours.
  • If you wish to attend the live sessions conducted by Richard and his team of facilitators, you can do so 7:00-7:15 AM US Pacific time.
  • Group Coaching sessions are offered after each live daily meditation to help you refine what you learned in the daily meditation.

The price for membership is $14.99 per Month.
